Description:
1. Dongguan Haide Machinery is currently the largest manufacturer of excavator arms/sticks in South China.
2. Our company was established in 2006, we have more than 14 years experience in designing and customizing all brands of excavator booms. 14 years of manufacturing experience makes us more and more professional in this field.
3. The main material of the piling arm is Q345B+Q690D, the upper and lower cover plates are made of Q690D, and other places are made of Q345B. The material of the Pin is 42CrMo4. When choosing the material of the boom, we will recommend you to choose the appropriate material according to the length of the boom, the model of the excavator, the weight of the attachment, etc., and the most important thing is the working conditions.
4. We will provide you with all the pipes according to your application. For redundant piping, we have prepared shut-off valves, so attachments can be easily attached and detached.
5. The total length of the handling arm is 15M, the arm length is 9.6M, and the arm length is 5.4M. Use 40ft container to load it.
6. The boom does not include the boom cylinder, and the original cylinder will be used. But if you need us to prepare it for you, we can make it too.
7. The handling arm includes 2 arm cylinders. Bucket cylinders and H-linkage are not required.
8. We will send out drawings and working drawings for your review before you place an order.
9. A good boom depends on good materials and good welding. The material we use is Q690D, coupled with our good welding, the quality of the jib is even better.
