The working principle and components of the safety locking solenoid valve of the hydraulic pump of the excavator are as follows:
Core components
1. Electromagnetic coil: generates a magnetic field after power is turned on, driving the valve core to move.
2. Valve core: controlled by electromagnetic force or spring force, switching the oil circuit on and off.
3. Spring: reset the valve core when the power is off and cut off the hydraulic oil passage.
4. Valve body: There is an oil channel inside, connecting the hydraulic pump and the actuator.
Working principle
- Locked state (when power is off): The spring pushes the valve core to close the oil circuit, and the oil output by the hydraulic pump is blocked, preventing the bucket and other parts from moving due to their own weight or external force, ensuring safety.
- Unlocked state (when power is on): The electromagnetic coil attracts the valve core, the oil circuit is connected, the hydraulic pump supplies oil to the system normally, and the excavator resumes action.
The device realizes the safety locking of the hydraulic system through electromagnetic control to prevent accidental operation of the equipment. It is an important component for the safe operation of the excavator.
