Description:
1.PVC Foam Board Machine adopts Celuka foam technology, which can produce a kind of PVC foam boards with superior quality. These processes result in a "skinning" or outer layer of foam board, thus has smooth and shining surface with characteristics of lightweight, scratch-resistant, durable, water and weather resistant, anti-corrosion, impervious to salts, insects and many chemicals including some acids.
2.PVC foam board can be100% recycled and reused. Besides, PVC foam board can be worked like wood with the tools for wood. It's suitable for sawing, cutting, nailing, screwing, planning and sticking. It's the perfect substitute for wood plates and steel plate.
3.The foam board is mostly used in transportation, advertisement, construction and furniture industry, ect.
4.The board thickness is from 3mm to 35mm, width is from 915mm to 1220mm.
5. This extrusion line is made according to the features of free foamed board and skinning foamed board ,by using the extrusion system for free foamed board machine and the downstream line for skinning foamed board.
6.The product produced by this machine has the features of smooth surface ,low density,and the surface hardness of this product is between the skinning board and free foamed board.The investment of this machine is close to the investment of free foamed board extrusion line,which market is easy for market promotion.
Applications:
1.mainly used for producing of PVC windowsill, construction board, wide door plate, cabinet board, indoor/outdoor decorating material, etc.
2. With powerful chiller to guarantee the calibration effect of the products, the extrusion width can be optional between 600-1250mm.
3. it is mostly used in transportation , advertisement,construction furniture industry ect.
4. The door from this line could be engraved, paintable, cuttable, etc. with characteristic of wood door.
