1.Main characteristic of our produce line pvc door board extrusion line used for pvc door making, with advantages of steady capacity and low energy conservation. Using international advanced CAD design software, 38CrMoAlA alloy steel with superior quality and coating metal on surface, special mixing material function and high capacity of screw and barrel.
2.Cooling system of screw core uses constant temperature system controlled by hot oil, so that material can be plastified well; and barrel uses vacuum exhaust type, so that moisture content can volatilize fully and keep product quality.
3.Driving motor with advantages of steady output and large torque, and it also uses ABB or England Eurotherm speeder with the advantages of large extrusion quantity and high-efficiency.
Description of PVC Foam Board Machine:
1.This WPC board making machine uses PVC and wood fiber as raw material, by semi-crust or full-crust foaming technology, to make WPC solid boards/panels with low density for 0.45-0.8gram/cm3, the WPC foam boards are widely used for making furniture panel, construction formwork, partition wall.
2. PVC Foam Board Production Line is made and designed by our company through many years experience involving in manufacutrring PVC free foamed board production line and PVC Crust Foamed Board Production Line .PVC Foamed Board Prodcution Line has such characteristics as high surface hardness / good smoothness ,etc .
3. PVC foramed plate is a late-model plate of surface crusting with its core layer under foaming treatment which ensures the smooth surface, light weight and strong indensity, and it can be processed like wood plate. PVC foamed plates are widely used in fields of advertise lettering, construction, decoration, windows and doors of furniture, etc.
