1. PVC skin foaming board production line is independently developed by our company according to German technology and the characteristics of domestic foaming products industry. Description of pvc foam board machine:
1. PVC advertising board is characterized by smooth and beautiful surface, light weight, inflammable, moisture-proof, sound insulation, heat insulation, corrosion resistance, no deformation, easy cutting, good weather resistance, high rigidity and strength, acid and alkali resistance, water immersion and convenient cleaning.
2. Our company adopt high foam technique, the machine composed of conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum sizing forming machine, tractor and cutter.
3. PVC foam board machine has compact structure, high performance, transmission device, screw and barrel, foam die,All the electrical parts are adopt famous brand, such as Siemens, ABB, and Schneidel.
4. Our company provides the formula and complete set of process technology. It has the characteristics of large yield, stable extrusion, high foaming rate, smooth surface and wear resistance. Through printing, film and hot pressing equipment, can produce all kinds of imitation wood products, a wide range of uses.
