Description:
1. PET strapping making machine is composed of forced extruder (main machine), cooling tank,1st stretching unit,wind heat stretching oven,2ND stretching unit,character printer, embossing machine, light-heat shaping oven, water tank for shaping, 3rd stretching unit and light weight curler.The standard installation shall be in line and in order, and the technological process of the machine as shown in following figure.
2. The main machine drive consists of frequency control motor and special hard tooth-surface reducer for plastic extruding machine. Forming part is composed of screw feed barrel, frame head and die. The raw material is heated from hopper to screw feed barrel, and the rough block is extruded.
3. We provide one-year warranty guarantee for all the machines. We supply long term spare parts for every customer and 24 hours technical suport by email, calling and door to door service;
