Description:
1. Extruder: Adopt conical twin screw extruder, special design, short plasticzing time, good mixer performance.
2. Gearbox: Adopt high quality gearbox, reducer, good outlook , stable running, low noise, long service life.
3. Extrusion tube temperature control system: Adopt aluminium heater and stainless steel, fan cooling system, to assure good cooling and heating , Accurate temperature control features.
4. Screw and barrel: Screw mounting internal temperature control system, barrel with vacuum degassing system, Eliminates exhaust gas from raw materials,to assure the high quality product.
5. Drive system: Adopt siemens motor, use ABB frequency to offer stable torque output and various speed.
6. Vacuum sizing trough: There are two vacuum chambers, which can ensure the perfect round pipe, spray water cooling, equipped with temperature controller, and realize automatic water discharge. The main slot is made of stainless steel and has long service life.
7. Tractor: There are 2 claw, 3 claw, 4 claw , 6 claw , 8 claw , suitable various pipe. Tractor motor use ABB Frequency control.
8. Cutter unit: saw cutter, planetary cutter, with dust remove system.
9. Stacker: Automatic overturn, You can modify the length of the pipe freely.
