Feature of PP PET Strap Band Machine
Based on recycled PET bottle flake raw material,To produce many specs,multi-purpose,high performance package strap band.
To use microcomputer control system,and auto feeding system,preheating dry system automatic circular,accurate and energy-effcient temperature control system,
obtain power-saving and low-noise system,reached a low-input,high-output purposes.
Description:
1. Adopts advanced CSW-800 comby dehumidify dryer system. It make sure the material humidity at 80PPM at 50PPM dew point. Meanwhile, it compact material and increase the viscidity.
2.Adopts closed cycle transport system after dryer to avoid contact with outside air and make sure the material be dry continuously.
3.Extruder adopts special screw for PET. The screw has unique separate and mix property to make sure uniform plasticizing. The screw suitable for recycled PET bottle flakes, PET mixture and original PET material. And the extruder adopts ration forced feeding to make sure the stable extruding. It makes sure the product uniform.
4.Produce different model product at one die and mould. Adopts automatic hydraulic screen exchanger .
