1. Φ 20-Φ 630 series PVC pipe extrusion line is mainly used in the manufacture of plastic PVC pipes with various diameters and wall thickness used in the industries such as agriculture and constructional plumbing, cable laying etc.
2. This line is composed of conical twin-screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul-off, cutter, stake and etc. The extruder and haul-off adopt imported AC frequency speed controller, vacuum pump and haul-off motor all adopt superior products.
Description:
1. The cylinder adopts aluminum heater and air-cooling system. It has the characteristics of quick and heat radiation, convenient operation and maintenance and others.
2. The core of the screw adopts auto circular cool regulating system to raise efficiency. According to the different prescription demands of the consumers, the company can make up the most reasonable screw stem to reach the best plasticizing state and material flow qualit plastic extruder,pipe extruder.
3. The drawing machine includes two-claw type , three claw type , four-claw type , six-claw type , eight-claw type , etc. Saw cutting or planet cutting can be applied , it is additionally applied with length measuring meter and thickness increasing device, the property of machine group is reliable , the production efficiency is high.
