1. The screw and the cylinder of SJ-PP type automatic or manual PP plastic strapping band making machine adopt excellent quality alloy steel through nitrogenization treatment and has the advantages of long life for use.

3. It used PP powder which is mainly I& II grade recycling material as its main raw material. During the process of producing the granules needn't to be dried or mixed and directly use mineral poweder instead of expensive master batch to produce automatic strapping bagnd, Which can improve the qulity of the products and rduce the production cost of the collocated printing device to a great extent.
Description:
1. PP,PET strapping band production line: The features of line are as follows: screw with compression ratio especially for PP/PET, gradually changing diameter and deeper thread groove at the melting part; gearbox with hardened gears; die can be precisely adjusted to ensure stable production and smooth surface of straps;
2. stainless steel cooling trough with four thermo treatment processes displaces the traditional one; haul off rollers with bigger size ensure the quality of products; new rolling technology overcomes the shortcomings of traditional rolling machine like high gradient and bending delection; laser embossing roller makes clear and even patterns.
3. Adopts advanced CSW-800 comby dehumidify dryer system. It make sure the material humidity at 80PPM at 50PPM dew point. Meanwhile, it compact material and increase the viscidity. Adopts closed cycle transport system after dryer to avoid contact with outside air and make sure the material be dry continuously.
