1. Features:

2. special single screw extruder for polyolefin is equipped with high speed extrusion, high efficiency and quick speed. special separating screw and screw structure head, reasonable flow channel, smooth inner and outer wall of pipe. helices are divided into separate fluids and large flow spaces, ensuring sufficient residence time for the melt.
3. The optimized design of copper screw sizing sleeve at the entrance has a pre cooling device and a strong suction vacuum device, which is suitable for high-speed extrusion of the pipe. The case is made of stainless steel. Efficient water pumps and special shower heads bring efficient spray cooling
