Description:
1.This product can be manufactured by general wood processing tools. It can be drilled, sawed, nailed and dig. It is the best substitute to raw wood, aluminum and composite product; It can be welded as every general welding stipulation and also can be stick to other PVC materials. It has smooth surface and is easy to print.
2. WPC PVC crust foam board extrusion line/machine to make building template is our featured product which can produce WPC PVC foam board.It is one kind of panel product which is used PVC resin, wood powder or (vegetable fibre) as the main materials, filled in Caco3, and added necessary lubrication, stabilize etc auxiliaries, after fully stirred heated and mixed, dispersed evenly by the high speed mixer, then heated and plasticized by the extruder and mould to form the panel.
3. Design of flow channel can avoid the dead spots and stagnation zones. Spiral channel increase the heating area of material, lower the melting temperature. Large-volume flow channel have equality pressure of melting, decrease the pressure loss. Mandrel design with rigid construction, avoid floating.
