Quick detail:
1. The line adopts special designed barrel and screw, mould and working crafts to produce wood plastic composite products, simplified as WPC products.
2. The extruder is of two steps mixing extruding or make the wood and plastic into pellets first, then use extruder to process; power and space saving, high capacity, stable extruding presser; the pre-heating loader is installed on top of the extruder,
3. it can exhaust the moist remains in the wood power to make sure the extruding section of extruder is full, and guarantee a better plasticization result. The optimal designed screw is of small shear force, which does not easy to shearing the wood fibers and makes the dwell time of material inside the extruder even. The barrel and screw adopts bimetallic treatment, anti-wear and anti-corrosion, extend the service life.
Description:
1. This machine uses the special designed screw and barrel , die and extrusion process to produce plastic and wood products,the series of products are : One step thick plastic and wood plate extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood profile extrusion machine , one step plastic and wood decoration plate extrusion machine ,plastic and wood pelletizing machine and different kinds of plastic and wood dies.
2. WPC extrusion line working process
100% recycled PP,PE,etc+wood powder ( from wood dust, rice husk, wheat straw,etc)+ additives → mixing → granulating → conical twin-screw extruder → profile extrusion die → profile moulds→ vacuum calibration platform →(haul-off) → cutter →stacker → finished product → surface finish processing, like embossing, sandng, brushing,etc.
3. WPC profiles extrusion line consist of the following machinery:
1-material mixer machine
2-wood+HDPE granule making machine
3-WPC decking profiles extrusion line
4-sanding machine,brushing machine and embossing machine
5-crusher machine
