Description:
1. This machine is used for making PVC pellets from powder. It This adopts our own advanced technology. So it has characteristics of low energy consumption and noisy, high output, smooth operation, and long useful-life.
2. The whole production line consists of the following major sections:

2).conical twin-screw extruder
3) hydraulic automatic changer
4 )extrusion die
5 )die face pelletizer

3. This production line produces granules by hot cutting, mainly PVC pellets. It is featured as advanced equipment, precise granulating and high producing capacity.
Applications
1. This plastic pelletizing machine is mainly used for processing PVC compound material into pellets
2. Screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAlA, inlet mouth treated with special alloy: very strong and long life.
3. Easy operation: it has automatic constant temperature control and stable performance. After adjusting well, 1 or 2 workers are enough to run this machine, to feed the materials and change pellet receiver.
