1.The SJ65/33 HDPE corrugated pipe production line is a high-efficiency, stable, and professional equipment specifically designed for manufacturing high-density polyethylene (HDPE) single-wall corrugated pipes, suitable for small-diameter pipes ranging from Φ16mm to Φ40mm.
2.Featuring modular design and coordinated operation of components, this equipment ensures the production of corrugated pipes with excellent properties such as high strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance. It is widely used in municipal drainage, telecommunication cable protection, agricultural irrigation, and other fields.
Extrusion System (SJ65/33 Single-Screw Extruder)
Screw Specifications: 65mm diameter, 33:1 length-to-diameter ratio, ensuring uniform plasticization and stable extrusion.
Temperature Control System: Utilizes PID precise temperature control with segmented heating for complete material melting.
