Introduction of single tunnel greenhouse

The main frame selects hot-dip galvanized steel with a zinc coating of 275gsm. It has a strong anti-corrosion ability and can adapt to the changeable humid and rainy outdoor environment, ensuring the long-term stable standing of the greenhouse. This hot-dip galvanizing treatment greatly extends the service life of the steel, thereby enabling the greenhouse to have a lifespan of 15 - 20 years. Its strength is sufficient to support the entire arched structure of the greenhouse and bear the weight of the roof coverings, ventilation equipment, etc., and it is not easy to deform even under the heavy pressure of strong winds and snow.

In terms of covering materials, plastic film is the most common, with a thickness generally of 150/200 microns. It has a low cost and good light transmittance, allowing sufficient sunlight to enter and meeting the photosynthesis requirements of crops. The insect-proof net can effectively prevent external pests from entering the greenhouse, building a protective barrier for crops to protect them from pest infestation and ensuring the healthy growth of crops. The sunshade net plays a crucial role when the light is too strong. It can adjust the light intensity entering the greenhouse to avoid strong light from causing burns to crops and create a suitable light environment for crops.
