Product description of powder feed production line
The powder feed production line is a complete set of equipment that mainly produces powdered feed. It is composed of crushers, mixers, lifting equipment, dust removal equipment, cleaning equipment, liquid addition and other equipment. The output can be customized to 5-50 tons/hour according to user needs.

1.1. This powder feed production line can process all kinds animal feed material,such as corn, soybean, sorghum, grain, bone, fish and others,it is very suitable to produce powder/mash feed for chicken,duck, rabbit, pig, cattle, cow, sheep feed, etc.

Processes of powder feed production line
2.1 Crushing Section
In this section, the main machine is water drop type hammer mill machine
2.1.1.real water drop type with unique air inlet method avoid the circulation in crushing. U-shape twice striking tank is set in the bottom of the crushing chamber to greatly improve the production
2.1.2.It’s equipped with Quick-start and fully-open operation door, elastic sieve pressing mechanism. It is easy to repair and change the sieve mesh.
2.1.3.The hammer screen sieve size can be adjustable to choose different size material 1.5-12mm.
2.1.4.The rotor is running smoothly through balance correction,low noise and excellent performance
2.1.5.High efficiency, widely used and easy operation
2.2 Mixing and Packing Section
In this section, The main machine is Horizontal Mixer Machine
2.2.1 Stable in Mixing, High degree of homogeneity,
2.2.2 Short mixing period, quickly discharging with less residue
2.2.3 Bi-direction ribbon rotor are made by high quality alloy steel, rotor have ring cleaning device.
2.2.4 Running smoothly with small abrasion
2.2.5 It can equipment some spay nozzles to add liquid
