Introduction of organic fertilizer granulator

It used to all kinds of organic matter after fermentation for granulation, break through the conventional organic prilling, before granulation need not to dry and crush the raw materials, it can direct burdening to work out cylindrical grain.
Organic fertilizer granulator USES high speed rotary mechanical mixing force and the resulting aerodynamic force, and the resulting aerodynamic force, so that the fine powder material in the machine to achieve continuous mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes, so as to achieve the purpose of granulation.This granulation method makes the granule into a higher rate of pellet, granule more beautiful, and save energy at the same time without drying organic matter which is after fermentation, its raw materials’ moisture content can be 20-40%. Wide application: agricultural waste, animal manure, industrial waste, home scrap and life sludge and so on.
Feature of organic fertilizer granulator
1. With the advantages of high rotation speeds, mixing, granulation and concentration of raw materials are possible in same machine.

5. Creates high strength granules. Granules can be sieved after the granulation stage. Drying can be achieved in most cases by utilizing the ambient temperature.
6. After fermentation, the organic matter can be directly granulated without drying, and the moisture content can be 20%-40%.

Raw material of organic fertilizer granulator
1. Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
2. Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter (PL) and animal waste(AW),such as, Slaughterhouse Waste, Fish Market, Urine and dung of cattle, Pigs, Sheep, Chicken, Ducks, Geese, Goat. etc.
3.Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue etc.
4. Home scrap: food waste, bones, the roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
5. Sludge: the sludge of the river, the sewer, etc.
