新型搅齿转鼓造粒机介绍
新型转鼓搅拌制粒机是一种新型制粒机,是我公司自行研制的一种组合式制粒机.采用湿法连续推杆制粒新技术设计制造,利用高速旋转的机械搅拌力和由此产生的摩擦力,使粉状物料在机内连续混合,制粒,成球,压实,抛光,达到物料造粒的目的.它具有转鼓制粒机的优点和特点,可对用传统设备难以制粒的各种有机物料,有机复合肥,粗纤维物料进行制粒,如农作物秸秆,酒糟,糠醛渣,菌渣,药渣,动物粪便等,发酵后即可制粒,对腐殖酸,城市污泥可达到良好的制粒效果.
特征
(1)产品颗粒为圆球形.
(2)有机物含量可高达100%,制成纯有机颗粒
(3)有机材料颗粒在一定的力量作用下能够自行长大,制粒时无须添加粘合剂.
(4)产品颗粒较大,造粒后可直接筛分,减少干燥能耗
(5)发酵后的有机物不需干燥,原料水分可在20%-40%
