Pass box is a kind of assistant equipment for clean room. It is mainly used to pass the small articles between clean room and unclean room or two cleanroom.Because of interlock system, it can reduce the cross pollution.
Two doors with mechanical or electronic interlock that two-side doors can not be opened at same time to avoid cross pollution.
It adopts special seal to guarantee airproofing.
Purifying transfer window may transfer materials, equipment and tools under the protection of Class A environment. Materials, equipments or tools which have been purified may be delivered to the aseptic area, mainly from Class C area to Class B area. As to user’s demand, the purifying transfer window can be equipped with UV germicidal lamp or ozone generator sterilization system.
1). Short-distance transfer window table is made of stainless steel, smooth and wear-resistant
2). Long-distance transmission window The worktable is powered by a non-powered roller, making it easy to transfer items
3). Both sides of the door are equipped with mechanical interlock or electronic interlock, electronic lock device to ensure that both sides of the door can not be open at the same time.
4), according to customer needs, order a variety of non-standard size and floor-type transfer window.
5). The outlet speed of the tuyere is more than 20s.
6). The use of a high efficiency filter separator, the filtration efficiency: 99.99%, to ensure the purification level.
7). Using EVA sealing material, high sealing performance.
