The dynamic pass box is an auxiliary equipment of the clean room, which is mainly used for the transfer of small items between two clean areas or between the clean area and the non-clean area, so as to reduce the number of door openings in the clean room,minimize contamination of clean areas. The dynamic pass box is equipped with ultraviolet germicidal lamps.The transferred items are sterilized by ultraviolet radiation before entering the clean area.On the one hand, it acts as an airlock to prevent high-level clean room high pressure from leaking, and on the other hand, it achieves a self-cleaning effect during the transfer process.The front and rear doors of dynamic pass box are also equipped with electronic interlocking or mechanical interlocking. This equipment is widely used in biological laboratories, pharmaceutical factories, hospitals, food processing, electronics factories, painting and other air purification places.
In order to reduce the large amount of dust particles caused by the entry and exit of the cargo, the clean pass box by the HEPA filter is sprayed by the rotatable nozzle from all directions to the cargo, and the dust particles are effectively and quickly removed. The dust particles that have been removed are then filtered by an initial, high-efficiency filter and recycled to the air shower area. In order to achieve the best effect of blowing, the nozzle outlet wind speed can reach 20m/s or more.
Dynamic pass feature
1). Use circular arc angles that are more suitable for clean room principles 2), the outer wall of high-quality cold-rolled steel spray 3), short-distance transmission window table using stainless steel, smooth and wear-resistant 4), long-distance transmission window table with no power roller, easy delivery of goods 5). Both sides of the door are equipped with mechanical interlock or electronic interlocking device to ensure that both sides of the door can not be open at the same time 6), the wind mouth outlet speed of up to 20s 7), using a separator high efficiency filter, filtration efficiency: 99.99%, to ensure the purification level 8), using EVA sealing material, high sealing performance 9), using imported electronic components, reliable performance 10), automatic infrared sensor blowing shower, from the entrance into the clean area when the infrared sensor automatically blows the shower, from the clean area out through the transmission window does not blow to save energy; 11). Incoming and outgoing direction panels each have a pick-up light.
Working principle of pass box
1). Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is realized in the form of a machine. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
2). Electronic interlocking device: The internal use of integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, lights and other interlocking, when one of the doors is open, the other door open indicator light is off, to inform this door can not be opened, while electromagnetic Lock action to achieve interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work and the indicator lights up, indicating that the other door can be opened.
