1. Structure for Fiber Loose Tube Auto Cut And Change Bobbin Take Up Traverse Machine:

The line unit is composed of 3kw dongguan universal ac inverter motor, synchronous belt, synchronous belt wheel and brake.The motor is driven by the synchronous belt, which leads to the rotation of the large wheel connected with the winding shaft, which will drive the winding circle to complete the take up process.
The bobbin lifting unit is composed of lifting rack and clamping top.Bobbin push into hoisting frame,then artificial start bobbin control button, after cylinder ascending to a specified height automatic stop cylinder, then the clamping cylinder drives the vice top out automatically, the shaft and spool closely together.
The traverse part consists of 750w Panasonic ac servo motor, a set of synchronous belt wheel, screw rod, linear guide rail and reversing system.Driven by motor through a set of synchronous belt wheel ball screw rotation.By adjusting the motor speed, can meet the needs of different pitch requirement.The reversing system adopts adjustable mode, which can be adjusted according to the width of the bobbin. It can also be fine-tuned to ensure that the traverse is changed at a reasonable position.
The transverse motion mechanism is installed on the beam above the take up bobbin, and consists of 370w three-phase asynchronous motor, reducer, synchronous belt wheel, synchronous belt and mobile car.Mobile car by motor through a gear reducer in the disk drive synchronous pulley wheel rotation, through the synchronous belt drive the car on the beam movement, to the required position automatically stop, simple structure, reliable operation.
