Product Description
Die head:
The melt from the main and auxiliary extrusion flows into the die head through the feed block of the die head. The die head is a coat hanger type T-shape. If the fully automatic die head is adopted, the opening of the lip can be accurately adjusted through the thermal expansion bolt. The melt channel of die head should be smooth and streamlined. The die body is installed on the heavy and stable beam to reduce the vibration of the die. The top of the die head is equipped with an exhaust hood, which is used to remove the heat of the melt and low molecular volatile matter, and the exhaust pipe is connected to the outside.
