3. Material Handling: Anti-Sedimentation & Temperature Control
Heated Mixing Tank: The two-component glue tank features a heating and mixing device (usually electric or oil bath heating), preventing performance degradation caused by component stratification or curing through continuous stirring and temperature maintenance. This ensures stable material fluidity.
Circulation System: An internal material circulation loop keeps the glue in dynamic flow, avoiding sedimentation of fillers or curing agents to maintain the ratio accuracy of two-component adhesives.
Self-Limited Temperature Heating Pipes: Gluing pipes adopt self-limiting temperature heating (e.g., electric tracing) to maintain glue temperature within the optimal range (e.g., 40-60℃), preventing viscosity fluctuations and stabilizing glue output.
