Founded in 1995, Zhongwo has developed into a group corporation focusing on production, sales and installation of fire doors. Nowadays we have two factories covering 130,000m2 and more than 400 colleagues with qualifications.
We have two most advanced assembly lines, each only needs 20 workers.But the output reaches 1000 doors per day and 300,000 doors every day.
Certificate
Our steel fire doors past through fire test under regulations like NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(b) and UL10(c) within 180mins. Therefore we got the UL certificates for our steel doors. Moreover, all of our steel fire doors are tested together with glass inserts.
Fire Rating
Fire ratings for our steel fire doors range from 20mins, 45mins, 60mins, 90mins, via 120mins and 150mins to 180mins. These fire ratings are suitable for both single doors and double doors.
Dimensions
Single Doors: Max. Size is 1200 mm wide by 2400 mm high;
Double Doors: Max. Size is 2100 mm wide by 2400 mm high;
The above listed dimensions are both structural openings. Generally the actual order sizes of doors should be 1180 mm wide by 2380 mm high and 2080 mm wide by 2380 mm high.
