Zhongwo steel fire door is widely used in all kinds of public fire -proof areas because of its solid structure, simple shape and beautiful surface. Inlaid with fire-proof expansion sealing pieces, the door frame is made of high quality galvanized steel strip, which is one-time rolled and formed through the special production line, without impact sound when closing. Beams are connected with mullions by 90° angle welding, and the large size door frame can be assembled with bolts. The door leaf adopts the process that high-quality cold-rolled galvanized steel sheet is bent by the bending machine precisely, and its interior is filled with green and perlite board which has characters of fireproof, heat & sound insulation and its surface adopts technology without welding spots, so that to get smooth appearance.
Technical Specification
1. It’s designed based on GB12955-2008 Standards Fire Doors, Wind Resistance GB/T 7106-2008, Gas Tight GB/T 7106-2008, Water Tight GB/T 7106-2008.
2. There is cold rolled galvanized steel sheet with 3mm for stiffening on fire hinge and fire closer point.
3. Filling Process for Door Core Material: Tamping
4. There is cold rolled galvanized steel sheet with 1.2mm around and inside the door leaf.
5. It’s applied in the Tunnel and special places where there is wind pressure. It adopts unconventional installation method.
