Product Introduction:

The building material non-combustibility tester is designed according to the international standard ISO 1182 and is used to test the non-combustibility of building and rail transit materials under high temperature conditions of 750℃. By placing the sample in a furnace at 750℃, the equipment can accurately measure the furnace temperature, sample surface and center temperature, and simultaneously record the flame duration and mass loss data, providing key basis for material fire rating assessment (such as EN 13501-1, EN 45545-2, DIN 4102, IMO FTP, etc.).

This equipment is compatible with multi-national testing standards (including BS 476 Part 4, ISO 1182, etc.) and is widely used in fire safety certification in the fields of building materials, rail transit, shipbuilding, etc., to ensure that the materials comply with the world's strict fire safety regulations.

Feature of Non-combustibility apparatus:

1. High-precision temperature control and measurement

• Non-combustibility apparatus is equipped with high-temperature resistant heating elements, the furnace can withstand a maximum temperature of over 1000℃, ensuring that the 750℃ constant temperature test is stable and reliable.
• Thermocouples and 0.1℃ resolution temperature measurement system are used to monitor the furnace, sample surface and center temperature in real time, with a data acquisition frequency of 1 time per second.

2. Intelligent temperature control system

• The PID temperature controller is equipped with an automated program to support rapid heating, temperature calibration and stable control, meeting the latest ISO 1182:2020 standard (Two furnace thermocouples – ISO 1182 2020, or one furnace thermocouple).
• Non-combustibility apparatus is built-in standard test procedures and independent calibration procedures to improve test efficiency and result consistency.

3. Durable design, easy maintenance

• The furnace body adopts Teflon anti-corrosion coating and stainless steel sample holder, which is corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant, extending the life of the equipment.
