The ASCO G series pulse valve is a high-performance electromagnetic pulse valve designed specifically for industrial dust removal systems. This series of valves adopts a right angle valve body design, with an inlet and outlet angle of 90 degrees, which is very suitable for the connection and installation of air pockets and dust removal spray pipes.
Excellent durability and long lifespan: The valve adopts a special springless structure and high-quality diaphragm components. The diaphragm material is usually wear-resistant chloroprene rubber (CR), which can ensure long life even under quite harsh working conditions. Some models of main valves can be compensated for wear and tear, further extending their service life.
Wide working range: This series of valves can adapt to a wide range of working pressures, such as 0.35 to 8.5 bar, with an ambient temperature range of -40 ℃ to +85 ℃, and the main medium is compressed air.
Environmentally friendly and safe: The valve is equipped with a built-in muffler, which can effectively reduce the noise during operation and prevent external impurities from entering the valve body. At the same time, the product complies with multiple international standards and offers multiple explosion-proof certification options, suitable for hazardous environments.
