The M/D series diaphragms (such as M/D25) serve as the core sealing and actuating components of the pulse valves, releasing compressed air instantaneously in the dust collector to clear dust from the filter bag surfaces through high-frequency jetting (several times per second).
Electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → Diaphragm opens instantaneously → Compressed air is injected into the filter bag through the jetting pipe → Filter bag expands and shakes off dust → Diaphragm resets and closes.
Used for clearing blockages in pneumatic conveying pipelines or breaking bridged materials in silos, preventing clogging through pulsating airflow. Suitable for scenarios involving coal dust, grains, plastic granules, etc. 36.
