The JAF series floating joint is designed to absorb eccentricity and insufficient parallelism accuracy, making it ideal for use in applications that don't require axis alignment. This reduces the demand for high-precision machining, making installation more convenient and cost-effective.
The flange type installation form allows for stable connection and convenient installation, making it suitable for cylinders with different diameters.
The JAF series floating joint is also capable of withstanding high pressure, with cylinder pressure up to 1MPa and hydraulic cylinder pressure up to 3.5MPa. The main material of the floating joint is resin, offering good chemical and heat resistance and excellent sealing material.
The JAF series also provides greater flexibility and adaptability, allowing for a certain amount of eccentricity and swing angle. The allowable eccentricity and swing angle is generally ± 5 °, with a certain installation error of 12.
