Product Description
1. The Induction Melting Furnace Equipment is suitable for melting various metals like steel, stainless steel, brass, copper, gold, and others.
2. Thanks to the stirring effect of the magnetic force, the molten pool can be stirred during the melting process. This helps the flux
and oxides float more easily, enabling the production of high-quality casting parts.
3. It has a wide frequency range from 1KHZ to 20KHZ. The working frequency can be adjusted by changing the coil and
compensating capacitor, based on factors such as the type of metal being melted, the amount of metal, the desired stirring effect,
the acceptable working noise level, and the melting efficiency.
4. Compared with SCR medium frequency furnaces, this induction melting furnace can save at least 20% or more energy.
5. It is small and lightweight, and there are many operation modes available to melt different quantities of metals.
