Mainly used for the production of 35kV and below epoxy resin cast dry-type transformers, transformers, reactors, and high-voltage switch insulators, and can also be used for vacuum casting of power and electronic components that require epoxy resin encapsulation.

 

working principle:

 

Using different working units, in the absence of air, process the casting material, dehydrate and degas it, heat it to a certain temperature, and then mix it evenly according to the required ratio. In a fully vacuum state, pour the processed material into the coil mold

characteristic:

 

The epoxy casting equipment produced by our company has a simple structure, easy operation, and easy maintenance. Drawing on German technology and standards, we have designed and developed a series of products suitable for use by domestic manufacturers. It can meet various process requirements, including with and without fillers, and the universal unit design can be flexibly matched to meet future equipment upgrade needs.

 

Equipment composition:

 

1. Vacuum casting tank body: There are two types according to usage: circular and rectangular. Depending on the process, there are also vacuum pressure type and pure vacuum type, with manual or automatic casting methods,

 

2. Material handling system: Adopting improved thin film degassing and stirring technology, it is better and easier to remove moisture and air from the material. All interfaces configured on the tank are standardized, which not only allows for interchangeability but also facilitates future upgrades and renovations of the equipment.

 

3. Material mixing and metering processing system: It is divided into two types based on the level of automation: static mixing and dynamic mixing.

 

4. Vacuum system: mainly composed of vacuum pump group, vacuum filter, vacuum valve, pipeline, etc.

 

5. Heating system: The pouring tank currently uses electric heating plates for direct heating. The mixing tank is indirectly heated by thermal oil, and the material conveying pipeline is insulated with a constant temperature electric heating belt

 

6. Pneumatic system: composed of compressed air source, control valve, pressure detection system, etc., used for controlling various vacuum and material valves.

 

7. Cooling water system: mainly used for cooling some vacuum pumps and condensers. At present, our company has developed pouring equipment that does not require cooling water.

 

8. Control system: Used for controlling the operation of the entire system, a simple system without material metering, directly controlled by relays. Programmable control is carried out by PLC-PC for measuring or static mixing, which controls the adjustment of vacuum degree, temperature, and pouring process according to process requirements, and realizes the linkage protection and interlocking of various actions to avoid human misoperation. Detailed records of all operational processes are available for future reference. Different operation permissions can also be set to ensure device and product security.

 

9. Other parts: The processing unit for silicon micro powder can be configured according to customer requirements, including the transportation and preliminary heating and drying of silicon micro powder, as well as pre mixing and pre degassing with resin or curing agent, formula measurement of silicon micro powder and resin, curing agent, toughening meter, and emergency cooling device for static mixer

 

The epoxy automatic sealing equipment for small electronic components produced by our company has a high degree of automation, with a dosage error of less than 5% and accurate mold positioning. The pouring part is equipped with 1-5 pouring heads, which can be poured synchronously and achieve continuous production in a streamlined manner.
