1. Description

Conductivity sensor technology is a very important engineering technology research field. It is used to measure the conductivity of liquids. It is widely used in human production and life. It has become an indispensable detection and monitoring device in industrial production and technology development, such as electric power, chemical industry, environmental protection, food, semiconductor industry, marine research and development. Conductivity sensor is mainly used to measure and detect industrial production water, human domestic water, seawater characteristics, and electrolyte properties in batteries.

 

The conductivity sensor can be divided into electrode type conductivity sensor, inductive type conductivity sensor and ultrasonic conductivity sensor according to the different measuring principles and methods. The electrode type conductivity sensor adopts the resistance measurement method according to the electrolytic conductivity principle. The conductivity measurement electrode is a complex electrochemical system in the measurement process; Inductive conductivity sensor realizes the measurement of liquid conductivity according to the principle of electromagnetic induction; The ultrasonic conductivity sensor measures the conductivity according to the change of ultrasonic in the liquid, and the former two sensors are most widely used.

 

Kacise KWS-300 digital conductivity sensor with new generation of four-electrode / six-electrode technology. Wide range of measurement,automatic switching measurement range, built-in temperature sensor, Real-time temperature compensation. It has excellent anti-pollution ability. It can make long time monitoring even in the harsh environment. The sensor can realize networking and system integration without controller by RS485 output.
