Introduction

 

The ionization water purification device consists of a controller and a set of electrodes. The electrodes are divided into two types: copper electrodes and silver electrodes. The copper and silver electrodes are respectively placed in the circulating water, and the controller sends precise DC signals to the electrodes.

When copper and silver ions enter the water, the positively - charged copper and silver ions form electrostatic bonds in the negatively - charged regions of the cell walls of microorganisms, playing a role in sterilizing, eliminating algae, and purifying the water quality. The pressure generated by these electrostatic bonds causes the distorted cell walls to become permeable and reduces the uptake of nutrients that sustain cell life. Once inside the algal cells, copper and silver attack sulfur that contains amino acid residues. This sulfur is present in the proteins used for photosynthesis. As a result, photosynthesis stops, leading to cell death.

The ionization water purification device provides protection for the ions present in the water. It provides long - term, non - toxic purification and prevents the recurrence of pollution. Unlike most other disinfectants, copper and silver ions remain in the water until they coagulate or form clumps with algae and bacteria, and are then removed by the filtration equipment when they become large enough.
