5T Flake Ice Machine
This flake ice machine can produce 5 tons of ice per day. All equipment of Flake Ice Making Machine is installed on one steel frame except the cooling tower so it's very convenient to install on spot and it can be put into use immediately after connecting it with the water and electricity resource. The cooling method of the condenser can be customized.

1. Internally-scraping ice skate can help reduce energy consumption and prevent leakage of refrigerant. 2. Stainless steel materials, advanced processing equipment and heat treatment processing ensure the best heat transfer efficiency. 3. The design of large water receiving plate can prevent water leaking at the bottom of evaporator. 4. Photoelectric switch is directly installed at the bottom of the evaporator to realize automatic control of full ice. 5. Direct liquid feeding and dry evaporation, simple& safe to control. 6. Integrated modular design, convenient to install and maintain.
Advantages:
1. Irregular ice flakes with size about 40*40mm and thickness around 1.5-2.5mm. 2. The thin ice can be directly used for stirring and mixing refrigerated materials. 3.
