The Focusun direct-cooling block ice machine adopts the new German technology, which has excellent cooling effect and low carbon dioxide emission value. The machine adopts modular design, plug and play electronic operating system, especially designed for tropical and coastal environmental conditions.
Working principle
Ice making principle:
During ice making, water is automatically injected into the ice box. The refrigerant in the outer channel of each ice box is directly heat exchanged with water, and the water in the water tank is then cooled and frozen. At this time, the system will automatically switch to the deicing mode, and the hot gas will melt the ice surface. The whole deicing process will only take 25 minutes to complete.

2 Difference of ice discharge time For direct technology, just 20 Mins enough for the whole batch of blocks discharging at the same time. For brine technology ice, to large degree discharge's time depends on the worker's proficiency. Usually, lift one row ice bucket, melting, doffing, feed water, put into brine water tank, the complete process takes about 15 mins. After one row discharge finished, another row started.
