Thanks to the flexible interconnection bridges we can connect the 2V elements that make up an industrial battery, of different voltages such as 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V and 80V and for different types of industrial applications such as: batteries for electric forklifts, Pallet trucks, Stackers, Platform lifts, Scrubbers or Sweepers.
The Flexible Connection 35mm Ø x 75mm has been manufactured with the best materials and the latest production technology such as the use of multifilament copper cable and insulation resistant against acids, oils, cold and heat. In this way we can offer a flexible bridge for every application.
Over the years these connections are damaged by the high temperatures they have to withstand and by the sulfation that occurs in Pb-acid traction batteries. If we carry out a preventive maintenance of the battery with annual periodic reviews, we must check the condition of the flexible connections and replace the damaged ones for a correct operation and a better performance of the batteries of Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Electric Stackers, Platform Lifts or Scrubbing Machines.
