Hollow Flanged Reaction Torque Transducer 0-1000Nm Hollow reaction torque sensor
Hollow falnge reaction torque sensor FTF is available in both aluminum and stainless steel construction depending on the torque capacity which goes from 10Nm up to 1000Nm. A wheatstone full bridge is bonded on a special-machined elastic body to achieve a maximum 0.2% non-linearity over a wide dynamic range.Reaction torque meter FTF is designed with end flanges for bolting between shafts, axes or mounting plates where a direct drive is required.The center through hole design makes torque cell FTF applicable for rotating torque measurement in some cases where rotating shaft can go through the center thru-hole. Hollow flange reaction torque sensor FTF is a transducer that converts a torsional mechanial input into an electrical output signal. Torque meter can be used to display the torque value.Digital indicator FPT is integrated with high accuracy 24-bit ADC,up to 960Hz sampling speed make it suitable for both static and dynamic measurement.FPT also supports RS485/RS232 communication interface and 0-10V/0-5V/4-20mA amplified signal output which proportional to the measured torque.Typical applications for this type of torque load cell are for example motor torque measurement, test bench applications, screw driver calibration, fatigue testing, tightening torque control, twist measurement, servo motor torque measurement, actuator test and so on. Custom design service is available to meet requirements of different applications.
