We offer customized production of forged alloy steel components in a wide range of shapes, including cylindrical blanks, forged shafts, gear blanks, and rectangular or square blocks. Each forging is tailored to meet your precise specifications in terms of size, material grade, mechanical performance, and surface condition.

Using advanced open die and closed free forging techniques, we produce alloy steel forgings with excellent internal soundness, grain flow orientation, and metallurgical integrity—ready for subsequent machining and heat treatment.
