Water Spray Type Pasteurizing and Cooling Tunnel Sterilizing Machine
Description
The spray sterilization cooling machine is designed for the atmospheric pressure sterilization of various bottled, canned beverages, and dairy products. The machine utilizes a multi-stage processing approach, including circulating hot water spray sterilization, hot water pre-cooling, and cold water cooling. It also incorporates various energy heat recovery technologies, which help to save water, heat, and protect the environment. Additionally, the machine is equipped with an automatic feeding and discharging mechanism, which ensures seamless integration with automatic conveying production lines. The equipment can be adjusted to accommodate different sterilization temperatures and times, and different process designs can be implemented to meet specific requirements. It can also be configured with a high-precision automatic control system, depending on the user's needs. The machine is suitable for non-circular PET bottles, plastic bags, and cans.

Application
The machine is designed for pasteurization and cooling of non-low acid beverages that have been bottled and capped or filled. It features a temperature recovery function, which enables the product to be adjusted from its filling temperature to room temperature, thereby preventing condensation on the surface of the product. Condensed water can cause rusting of canned products, labeling and printing errors, and damage to cartons after packing. By preventing condensation, the machine ensures that the product remains in optimal condition and is ready for distribution.
The machine operates using water as its heat exchange medium. The sterilization water is heated in a tube-type heater and then evenly sprayed onto the surface of the bottles and cans using nozzles, raising the temperature of the product to the required sterilization temperature. After sterilization, the product is cooled down to room temperature by spraying water onto it. The water used for cooling is then collected in a bottom tray for reuse.
