ZMSH specializes in supplying unpolished sapphire tubes manufactured from ultra-high purity alumina (Al₂O₃ ≥99.99%) using either the Kyropoulos (KY) method or Edge-defined Film-fed Growth (EFG) method to produce high-quality single crystals, followed by precision machining. Our products are available in various diameters ranging from Φ5mm to Φ150mm, with customizable wall thicknesses (0.5-20mm) to meet stringent requirements across semiconductor, optoelectronic, and industrial equipment applications.
With over 10 years of expertise in crystal growth and precision machining, we maintain a monthly production capacity exceeding 5,000 pieces. We reliably supply rough blanks and support subsequent precision processing (including CNC cutting, high-precision drilling, end-face grinding, etc.).
