Introduction

Our high-temperature, corrosion-resistant quartz glass plates are precision-engineered for use as optical windows, protective covers, viewports, and substrate carriers in extreme environments. Made from ultra-pure fused silica (SiO₂ ≥ 99.99%), these plates offer outstanding thermal stability, optical transparency, and chemical inertness.

Unlike conventional glass, fused quartz retains its mechanical integrity and transparency even under prolonged exposure to high heat, corrosive chemicals, UV light, and plasma. Available in various shapes—including circular, square, rectangular, and custom geometries—these quartz plates are ideal for both demanding industrial environments and precision optical systems.

Plates are ultrasonically cleaned, inspected under cleanroom conditions, and vacuum-sealed in PE bags or foam trays. Special anti-static or Class 100 packaging is available upon request.

No. Unlike regular glass, fused quartz does not degrade, yellow, or devitrify even after long-term exposure to UV radiation or high temperatures.
