1, Excellent corrosion resistance
Long term protection: The zinc layer forms a zinc iron alloy layer (metallurgical bonding) with the steel substrate, isolating corrosive media. The protection life can reach more than 50 years in suburban environments, and can also be maintained for more than 20 years in urban or nearshore environments.
High zinc layer optional: By adjusting the thickness of the zinc layer (such as Z60, Z275), different corrosion environment requirements can be met, and the corrosion resistance is far superior to cold galvanizing by tens of times.
2, Excellent coating performance
Strong adhesion: The coating is metallurgically bonded to the substrate, which is not easily detached and can withstand mechanical damage (such as transportation collisions).
Uniform and dense: The high-temperature immersion plating process ensures complete coverage of the zinc layer, and also fully protects complex areas such as depressions and sharp corners.
Wear resistant and high temperature resistant: The zinc layer has high hardness, is wear-resistant, and maintains stability at high temperatures (continuous resistance to 400 ℃, instantaneous resistance to 1200 ℃)
