0.12mm 40g-275g Gi Plate Galvanized Steel Plate 4ft X 8ft Galvanized Steel Sheet

Hot-dip galvanized steel sheet is made by immersing the steel sheet into zinc solution at about

500 °C to attach a zinc layer to the surface. It is the most widely used and cost-effective method

to process steel surfaces. Below is a workflow for your reference.

3 Kinds Different Product Surface

1 Zero Spangle: smooth and uniform, without visible zinc crystallization patterns.

2 Electro-galvanized: smooth, bright, and uniform, with a fine metallic luster and no visible spangles.

3 Regular Spangle: visible zinc crystal patterns with a slightly textured metallic appearance.

 Surface roughness, burr angle, radius, inner and outer diameter measurement.
