Tank trucks are transport vehicles with a tank-shaped body used for carrying various liquids, liquefied gases,
powdered goods, etc. The body of an aluminum alloy tank truck consists of several parts, including side panels,
fenders, and tank openings.
The tank body is made of 5083 H111 aluminum plate, and the tank covers on both sides require bending,
which uses 5083-O temper aluminum plate. The O temper is softer, making it suitable for bending. The partition (fender)
section uses 5083-O temper as well.
In addition, some manufacturers use 5454H111 aluminum plates to produce tank bodies, we supplies raw materials for
producing aluminum plates for tank trucks, including 5083, 5052, 5754, 5454, 5182, etc.
Aluminum Material Advantages than other material
Aluminum tanker trailers are used to transport petrochemical products such as diesel, gasoline, kerosene,
methanol, and ethanol. They are light weight with mass as little as 6 tons. Therefore, the weight of goods
carried can be increased. Since the tanker body is made of aluminum, this type of trailers does not need
anti rust treatment and there’s no need to worry about rust residue or damage done by rust. The trailer’s
material is also environmentally friendly.

6 sets of cold rolling mill (4 sets of single-stand mill and 2 sets of three-stand tandem mill)from SMS Group
(Germany). All these mills are applied with SMS patent 6-High CVC technology and are the most advanced cold
rolling mills in the world currently. The cold rolling mills can produce aerospace sheet,can stock and automotive
sheets etc.
Transportation
Aluminum sheet for tank trailers normally have a oversize width, so we use platform flat container for the shipment.
