Electroplated Zinc sheet is widely used in the automotive industry for body panels, interior
structural parts, and reinforcement components. Their uniform zinc coating provides excellent
corrosion resistance while maintaining a smooth surface ideal for painting.

2 Electro-galvanized: smooth, bright, and uniform, with a fine metallic luster and no visible spangles.

♦ Metallurgical & Corrosion Analysis
Macrostructure analysis, fracture detection, conductivity/resistance, density, grain size, hydrogen
embrittlement, residual stress, dezincification corrosion, salt spray, annealing.
♦ Dimensional & Surface Measurement
Surface roughness, burr angle, radius, inner and outer diameter measurement.
Ocean Shipping
1) We use fumigated wooden pallets for easy load and unload.
2) We put many desiccants in the container, to protect the cargo from moisture
3) Even weight , keep the center of gravity low and balanced.
4) We put anti-slip blocks under the pallets to keep the product firmly on the floor.
Export Forms / Common Dimensions
We can export the galvanized steel material with 2 kinds form, coil and sheet,
customers need to choose it accrording to their actual application.
For the sizes, it has some regular used widths, any length is available.
