2 kinds common used surface
On the surface of galvanized steel, we often see a pattern that looks like it has formed naturally. This
is called spangle. It is actually a pattern formed by the crystallization of zinc elements during the cooling
process after molten zinc is attached to the surface of steel. The formation of spangles is affected by the
cooling rate, temperature control and the chemical composition of the zinc layer.

regular spangle are known for their unique, rough, petal-like crystals, which give a very strong visual

♦ Zero spangle

the coating will be denser and more even.
