Metal Wire Repeated Bending Testing Machine
This testing machine is mainly composed of two parts: the main body and the electrical measurement and control system. It uses mechanical transmission to apply the test torque. A sample of a certain diameter or thickness is passed through the guide sleeve and clamped in two specified-sized jaws. Pressing the button causes the sample to repeatedly bend left and right by 90 degrees. The bending test times are detected by the photoelectric switch. After the sample breaks, the equipment automatically stops, and the LCD touch screen controller displays and records the bending test times.
Advantages
1. The LCD touch screen operating system adopted has eliminated the previous old-fashioned key operation panel, making the operation more convenient and also increasing the service life of the operating system by 5-6 times.
2. The combination of servo motor and worm gear reducer to output power enables the adjustment of the test speed at will, and the operation is smooth without noise.
3.An additional weight hanging plate has been added, which can apply the standard-typed tension force to the sample, making up for the deficiency of other manufacturers' similar equipment in being unable to apply precise tension force during the critical arbitration test.
