In recent times, there has been a growing demand for the monitoring of oil tanks, driven by the widespread transportation of oil and the upward trend in oil prices. However, a significant challenge has emerged: the scarcity of suitable locks that meet the stringent ATEX certification requirements mandated in oil storage and transport environments.
Recognizing this pressing need, Jointech took the initiative and became the pioneering company to develop a lock that satisfies both ATEX and IEC EX certification standards. The development process spanned two years, involving multiple iterations and refinements, ultimately resulting in the creation of the JT802 valve lock.
The JT802 represents an intelligent electronic lock explicitly designed for enhancing the security of oil tanker valves. It boasts advanced features that enable the intelligent control of valve lock opening and closing operations, supporting various unlocking methods such as Bluetooth, remote Lora master, or a unique physical key. With a battery life of up to two years, it can operate autonomously or in conjunction with a master lock to effortlessly manage multiple valves concurrently.
