Safety and hygiene: To ensure food safety, all parts in contact with materials such as feeding and weighing buckets are made of stainless steel. The interior is polished smooth, eliminating dead corners and preventing residual materials, which may lead to rice spoilage and affect rice quality.
Elimination of rodent pests and acid corrosion: The use of a sealed working chamber and the implementation of steel wire ducts or protective iron boxes for all lines, sensors, and solenoid valves prevent corrosion and wear from rice powder and water vapor. External adjustable handle mechanism: Equipped with a handle adjustment device with scales, allowing adjustment of the "feeding mouth" size to achieve the optimal working mode for different moisture content and particle shape of rice, ensuring accurate weighing.
High-strength, frequent operation cylinders: The developed dual-cylinder discharge mechanism solves the challenges of short component lifespan, frequent failures, and unstable performance caused by the high frequency of cylinder usage and its impact on electromagnetic valves and other components.
Digital intelligent automatic lifting conveyor: The conveyor can quickly switch to the appropriate position for different packaging and can remember the lifting height for different varieties.
Easy rotation and multi-functional packaging: Designed with a rotating column, it offers various packaging and sealing methods that can be easily switched according to different packaging and sealing requirements, providing a convenient and user-friendly experience.
Intelligent multi-point oil spray lubrication system for sewing machines: With a well-arranged oil pipe layout at more than ten critical points on the sewing machine, oil mist particles are injected at timed intervals through program calculations, ensuring lubrication of every key moving part. No need to worry about forgetting to oil the sewing machine. (Optional)
